add as new translation + Confirm segment + goto next untranslated

Question

Hi 
 I urgenly need my erver tm project team to do the following option by default when they accept a segment 
 add as new translation + Confirm segment + goto next untranslated 
 It seems that ctrl+shift+u only adds but stops there. doesnt confirm and go to next untranslated 
 If i want to add new translation AND confirm segment AND go to next unstranslated what should be the fastest way to do it?

Hi Rodrigo Ruivo These are the options and short cuts that should skip certain segments and allow you to focus on those that require attention 
 
 If Ctrl+Enter does not work in that it does not go to the next unconfirmed segment, as an example - then we can help you reset your shortcut settings.
