If you have an internal app that needs signing you can contact the following: App Signing <app-signing@sdl.com>

However, if you're using one of the apps downloaded from AppStore page or via the integrated AppStore inside Studio, please check that you have the latest version installed and let us know what plugin it is that you're using.

I sent our internal plugin as you suggested on 28 March 2022, but there was no reply. I sent it on 2 May 2022 as well but still no reply. I checked the spam folder and found no replies there either.

Are you sure this is the correct way to get the internal plugin signed?

Worth checking if you attached it to an email because that will not work.  Our IT will strip the email and we wont see it.  Please try again but this time just provide a link to where we can download it from.

If you are publishing on the appstore it's easier as you can submit your unsigned plugin through there and leave a note that it needs signing.  We'll sign, test and publish.
