Hi all. I have very large files containing segments that look like this : EPMBRMECHP Rbld.VP60HV57 Valve. I want the alphanumeric characters to be autosubstituted but this is not happening. I have a feeling it's because there is no space between the period and the alphanumeric code. I tried entering modifying the source and adding a space and it worked. Is there another way around this? Otherwise, I need edit to edit all my source documents. Thanks

When you say autosubstituted, what are you expecting?
If source is EPMBRMECHP Rbld.VP60HV57 - in what way should it be autosubstituted?
Where exactly did you introduce the additional space?
With some clarifications I maybe able to better understand your request and help further.

Thank you Lyds. Sorry for the delay in my answer, I just saw your post now. Here is how it should look after translation: EPMBRMECHP Rpbl.Valve VP60HV57. The initial code stays the same, then I need to replace Rbld to Rpbl and then I need to place the world Valve before the alphanumeric character. The first part gets copied copied to the target no problem. I did a test and insert a space after in the original Excel file. That fixes the problem. Studio then autosubstitutes the alphanumeric expression. I then go back and remove the space after translation in the target file. Best solution I found so far.
