Since this morning the cloud-basesd resources I normally use are not available (last friday it worked)
The combination I tried was italian-german.

it is N/A also for English-German now.
I am now able to reply by myself, in case somebody else might exbüerience the same issue
: The problem is solved, it was probably a temporary interruption of the service, I suppose.
