I've been waiting for months to finally be able to use Studio 2021 after the bugs have been fixed. I still had old orders in it and saw that the bug with the marking of entries in the concordance search has disappeared with the current update.

Wanted to switch right away, so imported a package and what appears - NOTHING!

Imported packages are said to be imported but are invisible, the only thing I see is a flickering cursor, thats it, so the program is unusable.

When I then imported the package again into the almost empty program, then the message came up that it had already been imported, which is not correct because it is not visible.

Then I imported a second package, again the same. I have to say that's enough for me now. Is there a way to complain to SDL and get my money back for completely useless software?

Apparently, the bug from before has been eliminated with the new update, but it is an even bigger one, which means that the entire program can no longer be used at all.

In any case, the lesson I learn from this is that I won't buy an update from Studio any time soon. I'm sticking with 2019. That was the last working version. Since then, nothing but error ridden software. I have no hope any more that I will ever be able to use me paid update to Studio 2021, I cannot recall any other update which took to long until it was fit for use, and 2021 is it not even now, and I am so disappointed that I have no words even to express!
