To address the first line in your screen print : "Unexpected exception when completing task 'Analyze Files': Invalid number of analysis bands."

I dont foresee MQXliff being a problem but of course we could help refresh your File Type Settings as well as review your project template (which I assume you are using)

Out of curiosity - what is your disk space like for your C drive? Is it nearly full?

Thank you for your help and sorry for my late reply :-)

To answer your questions, I was trying to create a project with .xlsx files and my C drive still has a lot free space (475 Go).

The solution provided did not work, but in the meantime, the technical team sent me some instructions to solve the problem. Here is the link they shared with me:  https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395. "Workaround 1" did not work for me as I couldn't find the "repair" feature, but "Workaround 2" and "Workaround 3" combined did the trick! I hope it can help others...
