I received this error message when trying to verify a group of Dita documents (converted to sdlxliff by the client), and cannot find any relevant help neither here nor in the knowledge base.

Interestingly, the error details says it has been run in Studio 16, whereas I use Studio 2021 (with the latest upgrade), and the client has stated that the files were prepared in Studio 2021.

As I would very much like to run the QA checker and Tag checker on these files (there are almost 600 of them), I hope someone has a solution. I have already tried the most obvious "solutions", i.e. turn computer on/off and Studio on/off.
