Hi.

A week ago, I had my license reset since I had to reinstall my Trados Studio (My update option was set to automatic and it was supposed to be the latest but wasn't for some reason and something was corrupted). After that, I installed the word server package to the latest Trados Studio and it was working correctly. Now, in the week after that, something seems to have gone wrong again (I was working on non-WS project so I was not paying attention to how my menu bar looked wrt WS) and today I found the WS options were gone again. I reinstalled the WS package but it did not help. When I clicked on the Appstore icon, it says no plugin is installed..

Would someone please give me a clue what needs to be done?  IS there a manual way (regedit etc.)  to check whether the .msi worked and/or to fix this issue?
