Trados adds an "Â" in a html translation before exclamation or question marks

Good afternoon,

I've found a mistake that Trados adds (an "Â") to my html translation before exclamation and question marks. This letter doesn't appear in the origin text but it does appear in the target text multiple times once it is finished and exported. Of course, no "Â" has been added to the segments in the editor view. Here is an example:

ORIGIN HTML FILE: <br /> Couverture 2-en-1 !<br />
TARGET HTML FILE: <br /> ¡Manta 2 en 1!<br />

I've checked my configuration and I can't find anything that "tells" Trados to add this letter in my target file before this question and exclamation marks, so I need your help on this.

Thank you in advance!
