Very new user here. I need to translate an Excel file. I get an error message every time I try to make a project. My colleague is off skiing and can't answer: she writes
Did you tick the box that says to allow unsupported file versions (or something like that) before preparing the file?
I have no idea where this step is, have looked everywhere. Have googled. Can anyone guide me? I have done this before, just can't remember!
Just translate Excel like any other file format. For Excel, there is no such option you mention. So create a project, add the file and translate.
Or what is your real problem?
