Trados 2021 SR1 16.1.8.4404 stopped working after a year. Can't open it. Remote session?

I've been using Studio 2021  for over a year and it suddenly stopped working. I've been working on a big translation for a week and the editor window said "This often indicates a corrupt TM. So I downloaded the RepairTool from AppsStore and installed it. I was then instructed to restart but I couldn't close Studio with  the  close command or with the X in the upper right-hand corner so I had close it with TaskManager. When I click the icon to open Studio it I get Error Service SDL..Desktop.PlatformCommandBars,Action Service cannot be started. 

I'm resigned to uninstalling what's left of studio on this computer and reinstalling a new copy but I don't know where MyAccount is on this website. Can anybody please tell me how to get to my account/downloads so I can see how many licenses I have left? I hope I don't have to return a license because I can't even open Trados. 

The best thing would be a remote session because the translation is over 80 pages and due the day after tomorrow, so it would be optimal if I didn't lose all my work. If that's not possible I would appreciate it if you tell me how to install a new copy as soon as possible so I can frantically retype the whole thing tomorrow.
