I am unable to return my licence to Studio 2021 because the app won't open. I starts to open and the diplays Error: "Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars...", I therefore tried Uninstall in Windows 10 and opted for the Repair option, and I was told it was repaired, but I still get the same error message and Trados won't open. Then I went to my account to return the single license and generated a Deactivation Authorization License, which I did, but the next step involves logging in and opening Trados to access the Activation/Deactivation Dialog, which is precisely what I am unable to do, this Trados won't open. Can anybody please help?
