Issues with Studio 2017

Hi all, 
 I am facing some issues with SDL Trados Studio 2017 since it does not allow me to create the return packages of some projects. 
 Please, let me know!

 Thank you for the input. 
 It is only possible to create a return package (.rpx) if you received a project package (.ppx) in the first place which was saved and then opened in Studio. 
 Therefore, it would be good to know what the extension of the original package is and how you imported this into Studio. 
 Please can also post any error message you may have received, so we can have better understanding.
