Have a 2021 studio freelance license, but don't see any "Cloud based resources"

Question

Hello,
I've got the freelance license and wanted to add the Machine learning feature to 2021 Trados studio.
However, my project doesn't seem to load any language based resources. Am I doing something wrong?
Trados Studio Project Settings window showing Cloud-based Resources tab with Language Weaver logo. No source or target languages or models are selected.

Languages trying to use ->
Source Spanish -> Lithuanian

Hi Rita Korsak - do you have a subscription for NMT as this may explain why you dont see any languages supported
