Trados Studio 2017: Access to path denied

Help! I can't work with my Trados Studio anymore (2017 SR1 - 14.1.10018.54792). When opening an existing project, I get the error message "File XX could not be saved. Acces to path denied." When trying to load and translate a new file, I get the message that the file could not be found in the Studio 2017\Dropfiles folder. I also got the following message, that the file "Studio 2017\AutoSave\27eac42d-9479-4d0a-8e06-e547991b05d" could not be found.
While searching for a solution in this community and chatting with the support I tried the following things:

- Deinstall the malware app trial version I had installed two weeks ago (Malwarebytes)

- Run Trados Studio as Administrator

- Disable the Autosave option

- Rename c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14.0.0.0 + restart (workaround under https://gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000002597)

- Reset with Trados Freshstart (but I got a message that not all the files had been deleted)

-- All workarounds under:
gateway.sdl.com/apex/communityknowledge?articleName=000001414

- Reinstall Trados Studio 2017 (twice)

What else can I try? I have a lot of work to do and I'm really desperate...

Thanks in advance, Alexandra
