I need urgent help. I received a World Server Package from a client, but can't open it, as I'm using a Starter License 2021. I have downloaded the package to my local PC, but when I try to open it in Studio, I can't access it, as the folder is shown as empty. 

I also can't download the World Server Compatiblity package, as I always receive the notification, that I have not installed an eligible version. What else can I do in order to open the package? I managed to convert the package into an ordinary folder, so that I can access the XLIFF, but then I am not able to use the TM or termbase. 

I am grateful for all tips, as the deadline is approaching quickly.
