I bought a Studio 2021 Freelancer licence and I keep getting error messages.
Last week the program crashed when I was translating subtitles with the subtitling plugin. When I restarted the program, it asked me if I wanted to rewrite the files with the newer version. I clicked Yes, this had happened another time when I had to restart my computer. This time I lost all my translations except one.
The Get newer versions option was not clickable and I couldn't find them in the Projects file.
Then I got another message saying that I did not have the SRT file. I deleted the plugin and re-installed it. Now the problem is that I CANNOT start Studio at all. I get this message: UNEXPECTED EXCEPTION WHEN GETTING VIEW PART INSTANCE OF VIEW PART SUBTITLING PREVIEW.
I have deleted the program, uninstalled it, downloaded everything again, downloaded the Multiterm installer, and nothing works. Can somebody help?
