Bought a new freelance subscription instead of renewing it

Today I found out that my subscription to the language cloud was expired. Since my quote for this product was expired as well, I bought a new Freelance subscription for 365 day from the store. The order was confirmed and placed.
However, when I opened Trados and logged in into my account in the Language Subscription tab, an error message read (translated from Italian): "Your subscription for the Language Cloud has expired. In order to renew it or choose another package, log in to your account".

Is it just a matter of time and I have to wait a little bit to have my new subscription activated? Or is it something else?
My problem right now is not only Trados that doesn't work, but also the 350$ I have spent for something that probably I can't use.
