Hello,
My team and I work in Trados Studio 2021 (SDL Trados Studio 2021 SR1 - 16.1.4.4184) and encountered a weird issue today.
In Studio, the text was translated as follows:
However, in the preview and in the finalized file, some extra text appeared: " en ", as can be seen in the screenshot below.
Any idea on how this might have happened? We just want to make sure we don't deliver translations with accidentally added text!

In the sdlxliff if you click on Review > All content and go to segment 20 you will notice that the en was inserted by someone between segments. In the source it is not contained so for sure someone entered it there.
You can delete it and then generate a target file without that en.
