Store & Language Cloud

Hello!


I have Trados Studio2021 SR2 - 16.2.9.9198

and I have signed into it with my university account (the university gave me a license as a student).

I have been working there with no problem. 

However, when I want to download a free plugin from the store,
a message pops up saying "Error. Be sure that you have signed up in Language Cloud." 

But I have already signed up in Language Cloud.

Can you help me, please?
