Error with my licence

Hello!

I have a problem with one of my Trados Studio licences: I have the Freelance plus version, with one licence on my desktop computer, and one on my new laptop (I previously deactivated the licence on my old laptop and inserted the activation code on the new one). All worked and I see on my account thet both licences are used.

BUT today, as I tried to work on my laptop, I get a message saying that this is a trial version!

And impossible to deactivate and reactivate the licence!

Impossible to get an assistance and I can't even get a quote for a support contract, I always get an error message.

Can someone help me please?
