Hello, I just upgraded from Studio 2015 to Studio 2021, and when I first tried to open a package, I got an error message saying "Access to path C:\Users\(username)\Documents\Sudio 2021\Projects\(projectname)\en-US\ATF_Template.docx" denied. I found tips for similar issues, saying that adding _old to some of the SDL folders would solve the problem, but it didn't work for me. Any idea of what I could do? Thanks in advance.
It's worth checking your security software (virus protection, ransomware protection etc) as they can cause problems if not configured correctly to allow Trados Studio to operate.
Another thing worth checking is if OneDrive is affecting your ability to access files. Try working without having your files in OneDrive if this is the case.
