Thank you for your support ealier on reseting the license. However, I realized my license can be activated on only one computer. I am usually be able to activate the same license on my desktop and laptop with the extra activation offer. I currently need to switch the activation between working at home and working on the go. Please help to activate my license on my second computer. Thank you very much.

Your license is already in use on two devices. I have submitted case no. 00668441 to reset the other activation as well. Please check your inbox for updates on its status.
