Probably the best solution is to use something like Post-Edit Compare from the AppStore.  This allows you to take a snapshot of your project whenever you like and then compare any two snapshots you like.  It then creates a report for you showing the changes on a segment by segment basis.

There are a few other tools which might help but I think Post-Edit Compare is the best one:

but, in real, that is not true.

its 1st line is TM (target)

its 2nd line is sdlxliff's content (changed from TM)

its 3rd line is comparing. It shows, 3 inserted and 2 deleted.

We have been testing it and running some tests, and although it is not exactly what we were looking for, it seems to do the job perfectly for the couple specific cases we needed it. Thank you.

It would be lovely, maybe for future versions of the app, if the report could be displayed live on the editor, with all the other elements (TM matches, and fragment searches, TB...), so that one could see the report for the exact segment they are working with.

I think this would be better as part of the product so you simply had an option to show the variance based on target as opposed to source.  Kelly had a sort of proof of concept, and this could be refined to behave in the same way as the current TM results window, and perhaps even be extended to allow filtering based on some criteria.

I would recommend you raise this in the ideas site and see if you get some support?

Negative, it is not much paced with cutting edge environment.
-I did not consider Server TM but only with my own file based one.
