I am trying to offer a TQA to a client, but even if I have followed the instructions in this video, I have no TQA options in my project configuration. Any hint?

The ability to set up TQA and use it in a project requires the Professional version of Trados Studio. If you receive a package set up that way already then you can successfully carry out the TQA with the Freelance version, but you need Professional to be able to create a project supporting it in the first place.
