I have several questions about importing TMX files into a TM.
1) How are System Fields processed for duplicate segments?
For example, say I have the exact same segment in the TMX file and TM, but the only differences are the System Fields.
Are the System Fields overwritten?
2) For some reason the following red box below, the items are grayed out. This happens for Groupshare TMs only it seems.
Any idea why these two are grayed out only for Groupshare TMs？

Very late response, and my guess is you have resolved this for yourself already, but just in case.
If you import a TMX with duplicate segments and different fields then there are a coupole of things to note. First of all you can decide how to handle these when you import:
If you choose the first option then the properties of the field should determine how they are handled. So if they allow multiple values then you'll get multiple values, and it they don't then the import will overwrite the field value in the existing TM.
On the greyed out part... perhaps this is down to permissions as this is a server TM?
