長期利用中のメモリで、フィールドの値の中に下図の赤丸部分のようなプルダウンリスト形式のものを設置して使っておりますが、選択肢が増えすぎてしまって使いにくくなり、古くなって不要になった選択肢を削除したいのですが、うまく削除できなくて困っています。削除方法を教えていただけると助かります。宜しくお願い致します。

ご回答ありがとうございます。ただ、残念ながら私の質問とはご回答の内容がかみ合っていないように思います。私が理解できないだけかもしれませんが、解決方法は不明のままです。
Because you have TUs in your TM than use these fields you cannot simply remove them (at least Trados Studio will assume this is the case). So you need to export your TM to TMX, and then create a new TM with the fields and attributes you want to use (that should match the ones you use already), and then import the TMX into your new TM.
