I can't seem to connect with my SDL login data. I've tried deleting the cookies and everything. And because of this I can't connect to online TMs and Termbases, which makes work impossible. This only happens on the desktop computer, it works fine on the laptop.
Do you receive some error or notification when you try to connect via desktop computer? Do you see your name in the top right corner?
Please can you also provide the full version of your Trados installation (Help>About)?

So this is what I get when I first try to open a package using GS. (1)
I close this window since it's obviously not helping and I don't see my name in the top right corner, so I try to connect via the Sign in green button. First it says my credentials aren't correct. I reset them and then it just gets stuck here:
And nothing happens.
I'm working with SDL Trados Studio 2019 SR2 - 15.2.8.3007 (Freelance).
