I can't reset my Trados Studio 2019 license

Hello,

My old computer broke and I couldn't deactivate my license properly, so I wanted to reset it online in order to use it on my new computer. However, I've been trying on different browsers multiple times during the last week and the same error occurs:

RWS Account error message stating 'An error has occurred' with instructions to reload or refresh the page and a note that an email has been sent to support.

I saw other discussions of people having the same problem, but it looks like it can be solved only individually being contacted per email. Can you please help me?
