I can't deactivate license

Hi,

I have a big problem. There is not an internet connection in my old  laptop. It went in airplane mode. I do not know why and I have tried everything, but have not solved the problem. I'm in Croatia till 31th May and have bought here a new laptop

Is it possible to deactivate somehow the license I'm using in that old laptop, so that I could transfer/download the Trados to the new laptop I bought here in Croatia. The other license I have, is in Finland in my computer. I have SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance Plus.
