The termbase results are shown in the Term Recognition window, not in the Termbase Search window, which is the one you have active:

You probably closed the Term Recognition window inadvertently. To get it back, go to View - Reset Window Layout, or View and then click the Term Recognition icon.

I followed your instructions but there was still no response at the up right corner.  When I added the same term again, the system showed that I 've already added the term in my termbase. So how to do next to solve this problem?

Thanks for your warm reply and I am so sorry that I didn't make a timely response. There is a good news that  the tembase just worked after being reset(and I still don't know why...)
