Hi, my PC just got crashed and I had to recover windows and all... all the programs and applications got deleted including Trados Studio. So I didn't have any way to deactivate the licence before uninstalling
I tried to deactivate it offline, but I don't understand what I have to do (do I have to copy the Deactivation Authorization somewhere?)
Could you please help solving this issue?
