Hi, 

I just wanted to create a new project and Trados seems to have gone back to some kind of basic version. 
My personalized profile is gone (for example, I mainly translate from French into Dutch, so when I create a new project, the languages (and the corresponding databases) are already selected. 

Now the languages were set at English-German, no databases were selected and some settings seem to be missing (i.e. CTRL-ENTER to confirm a segment and move on to the next, does not work anymore).

Does anyone have any idea what could have happened or what I should do?
