Customizing colors of internal repetitions, to differentiate 100% repetitions and fuzzy repetitions

I'm looking for a way to customize the colors of internal repetitions, to differentiate between 100% repetitions and fuzzy repetitions. 
 In SDLX this was possible, but in Studio, both categories seem to change simultaneously when changing the color. 
 To do so, I select Options > Color > Translation Status > Tag Colors, and select a color for the internal reps. That seems the only option available, none to differentiate them. 
 It would be very helpful for large projects where one wants to ignore their own perfect reps but review the fuzzy reps carefully. With a file of 100,000 words, like I have now, scrolling through pages of same-colored tags, in small font with white letters, is not the easiest. 
 Let me know if anyone has a way or a lead.

 Can I just confirm a few things as I'm a bit confused with this question. So, in list form: 
 
 Trados Studio doesn't report on internal repetitions, only internal fuzzy matches. 
 Internal fuzzy matches are part of the analysis and the sdlxliff files are not marked in any way we we cannot identify which segments they related to. 
 100% and fuzzy repetitions... presumably you mean auto-propagated segments in the file? 
 
 On the basis that 3. is what you really meant and you want to differentiate between this... hovering over the match value gives you this:

 Then you can do this using the Advanced display Filter but you cannot do it with colours. At least out of the box you can't... once Kelly understands what you want he might come up with some colour scheme to help you by developing a plugin to do it... probably simple enough. 
 To do it with the display filter you need to do two things... first add the auto-propagation filter: 
 
 Then add a segment match: 
 
 Finally apply the filter: 
 
 That will get you the fuzzies like this. You can save the filter for reuse if you like. 
 
 Then repeat for 100% auto-propagated matches:
