Hi everyone :)
I just upgraded from Trados 2019 to Trados 2021.
Since then Trados automatically launches Outlook each time I generate a return package. I don't click anything to confirm I want to do this.
I want to deactivate this functionnality and just have my return package without sending it by email.
Do you know how to do that?

This is a very famous bug that has never been fixed (it's been around since Trados Studio 2014 if I remember correctly).
I would recommend trying out the solutions in the following thread:

The workaround worked for me. I had to reconfirm the settings of my Trados and reenter the licence code, but in the end everything went well.
