I have a valid license for studio 2017 and, when i try to download an app in the RWS App Store, it propts me to log in. After I enter my username and password, it just refreshes back to the same page, without allowing me to download anything, and again prompting me to log in... It doesnt show an error message, it doesnt say my password is wrong... it just doesnt do anything.
What can i do? There's no support email for owners of Studio?

If you own Studio 2017 then you are allowed to download apps from the AppStore for version 2017 and previous.
Please try using a different browser to download. So, if you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome. If you're using Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
I don't know why but sometimes one browser will work when another won't.
I'm sure that will solve the problem but let us know if it does not.
