I have been having problems downloading complete files after translationg on freelance version for about a month now in all kinds of file formats(ppt, excel, word) regardless of the amount of formatting in the files. The error message says the files are broken or partially deleted, requring me to do all work over again in the original source file. I thought there might be a problem in the system that would be fixed at some point but it has not and I wonder if there is something wrong with my setting although I never touch the setting.
