Anything you like.  The reason for renaming it is so that when you restart Trados Studio it won't be recognised and a new folder will be created that is based on the defaults.  You could delete it altogether and achieve the same thing but sometimes, if renaming doesn't help, you could go back to the original and not lose any settings you might have had... then try something else to fix the problem.

So if you want to rename it and till don't know, try this... rename this folder:

c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16\

to 

c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio16_old\

it worked but I had to disable Avast tracking, too. Thank you for your help!
