I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted, shutdown etc and am still unable to use. Issue for more than one document

What happens if you create your project using the Project menu instead of the drag and drop interface? Just press Ctrl+N and the project wizard will appear... it's actually faster than the drag and drop anyway.

Thanks for your reply. Having read other similar posts I tried creating a project after posting the query. I still get an error message and can’t open the file in the project for translation.

Hi everyone, I have a similar error file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Trados/Trados%20Studio/Studio17/Welcome/dropArea/react.min.js and I have no idea how this can be solved.
I tried doing what Paul said above, but it still doesn't let me use the software. Any suggestions???? Please?????
