I am working with Trados 2009 and recently changed to a new computer with Windows 10. Trados 2009 asked for an update to a newer version, I installed it and it was working fine. Then I decided to install a trial version of Trados 2021, but after that, Trados 2009 stopped working. I could start it up, but it closed immediately after starting. Deleting the trial version of Trados 2021 didn't help. Deleting all sdl related files and reinstalling Trados 2009 didn't help. Then I tried to not install the newer version Trados 2009 was asking for, and that worked. Trados is working fine now, but I still can't install the update. Could anyone help me find out how I can install the newer version Trados 2009 is asking for? Below is a screenshot of the update Trados 2009 is asking for.
