So, it seems no one from SDL is willing to help us here. How unfortunate! If we do not have a service subscription, we are not worth the trouble.

Hi Juliana,

Not an accurate assessment of the situation at all. The support team at what is now called RWS are always willing to help, whether you have a paid-for support contract or not.

Sometimes it inevitably takes longer than you'd like simply because they are very, very busy. Sometimes, as here, two expert users have made suggestions and may come back with another suggestion now you have shared an image. If they had not replied, I expect a support person would have by now...

There is no need to be upset, now you have shown the context of your question, I'm sure that Paul or someone from the team will contact you.

Your first request came at the beginning of the holiday weekend here so a lot of support people may have been off work and now are catching up on their backlog... We are all human...
