Now, whenever I open "Welcome" tab in Trados 2021, especially after I click on the tab "Translate as single document", the whole interface of Trados always comes to a complete halt. The cursor just become a circle turning around and around, and I cannot get any further. I have tried to terminate the Trados app many times, restart and do all over again, and yet I get stuck at the same step of "Translate as single document" again. Can you please help check whether something wrong with my Trados?

 Please make sure Trados is in the exception/white list of your antivirus, as it may be interfering. If the problem persists, please do a reset of your Trados by following the steps at this link https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0033669
