All licence infomation are gone

Hi

My intention: Deactivating one licence of a Pro version in Trados to activate Trados on a new computer

-My attempts to deactivate one Trados on one computer failed with the message "There are more instances active."

Even if I closed Trados on the other computer and restarted on the computer where I want to dectaive Trados I could not deactivate Trados to activate it on the new computer.

But when I went to RWS to see my licenses it shows my 2 licences and a bit later it says I have no licence.

Grat that at least shows the orders which I have already paid for the update from Trados Pro 2021 to 2022

I really hope this is all about because today is Sunday.

Also my both Trados installatios still works and shows that they are activated.

Can somebody help please?

All I want to do is deactivating Trados on one old computer to aktivate it on the new computer.
