When I try to open my SDL Trados freelance version, a message appears saying that my I have to activate my license (again?). I logged into my account and copied the activation code, but it didn't work, and another message appeared saying that activation failed and no license is currently available for the specified activation code.
I need this urgently repaired as I have an assignement to submit.

Hi, I'm having the exact same issue. A message appears stating that my license has expired (I bought the perpetual license). I don't know where the activation code is either. I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me. Best regards
