Activation code not working

When I try to open my SDL Trados freelance version, a message appears saying that my I have to activate my license (again?). I logged into my account and copied the activation code, but it didn't work, and another message appeared saying that activation failed and no license is currently available for the specified activation code.
I need this urgently repaired as I have an assignement to submit.
