SDLTradosStudio.exe blocked by Windows, can't create a new Trados Project

Question

Hi there, 
 Last week my PC had an automatic update by Windows. Since then I'm not able to create a new project with Trados! When I try to open a SDLPPX file, I got a message from Security Windows (I translate from french): "unauthorized changes blocked, controlled access to files prevented SDLTradosStudio.exe to make changes", and Trados doesn't create the path for the new project. I don't know what to do. I guess I have to change some settings from Security Windows but I really don't understand which ones. My Trados release is the last one, Trados Studio 2021 Freelance. Somebody to help, please.

 They say this: 
 "Occasionally, an app that is safe to use will be identified as harmful. This happens because Microsoft wants to keep you safe and will sometimes err on the side of caution; however, this might interfere with how you normally use your PC. " 
 It sounds as though your update may have triggered this.
