Has anyone experienced issues with the extra activations of Trados 2021 Freelance Plus versions?

We are using several of these licences simultaneously on two computers, as it is normally possible. But, in several cases, for some reason, when we try to use the licence key on a second computer, we get an error message, saying that the key is already taken. We're a bit confused because it should allow us to work on two computers simultaneously, and it works in certain cases but not in all of them.

For now, we didn't try deactivating the licences altogether because we didn't want to prevent our coworkers from working on them.
