Urgent! Error----Can't reset license Trados Studio 2019.

We purchased two licenses two years ago, and the employees who subsequently used them left without deactivating in time. At present, both licenses are in use. Clicking reset license will only report an error. How to deal with it? There are urgent work to deal with at present.
