No. But you could do a search and replace in the target text afterwards quite easily.

Thanks for your suggestion, but it would not be easy absolutely: I will have to erase all the quotation marks and write a dash manually for each dialog line.

As Kelly suggested can you share a sample file, or even a screenshot of what the current target text looks like and then what you want it to look like? Based on your original description I don’t know why this wouldn’t be simple so an example would be best.
