I'm having a problem with deactivation of my licence (I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus). One of my computers went bust and the operation system was reinstalled. I want to install Trados, but when I go online it shows that both of my licences are in use and I can't find any way to deactivate one of them. Who should I contact to get this problem fixed?

Hello,
same here. But in my case the licence on the second computer just stopped working.
Tried to enter the activation code again, but it says: "No licences are currently available for the specified activation code".
Whitout that the software kicks you out.
Help!
