The way to tackle this is have the text in a cell somewhere else and call it. For example, put the text Eingeschränkte Sichtprüfung into cell A1 in another worksheet (TranslatedFormulaeTexts in this example) and then reference this text in the concatenation formulae as opposed to making it part of the formulae itself:
Then you would translate the text in TranslatedFormulaeTexts!A1 and your formulae would automatically update in the target file.
You cannot translate Excel formulae.

this workaround is clear, I must give a briefing to the file creators, to do it in this way. To make it self is too laborious :-)
